The most common and used type of gutter, is a K-style seamless gutter. These gutters come in the two most common sizes of 5" and 6". If you look closely at our friend cleaning the gutters in the top picture, you can see that those gutters are installed in 10' sections, which means, at every joint or connection of those gutters, there is a joint that can fail and leak, defeating the purpose of gutters.
