Screen Porches-Many Different Design Choices

Not sure why you want? You don't know what will and will not work? Remember, we are a design/build contracting company, which means, we can create a 3-D model, so you can see your completed project before we cut the first piece of wood.

Material, Material, Material

Yes, we know, most people use that saying for real estate, "location, location, location". You obviously already have your location figured out, now what do you want your new porch to be made of and how do you want it to look? It's all about the materials you want

Frequently Ask Questions?

North Carolina Building Code says, any project costing more than $20,000 or if the project includes structural work, then a permit is required. Furthermore, if the project cost is $40,000 or more, not only do you need a permit, but you must have a licensed general contractor perform the work.

More than likely, yes, but keep in mind, the current structure must be able to support the additional load created by the roof system. Also, the existing rooflines will make a difference, so give us a call, so we can start your design process.

Nope!! Not at all!! We learned a long time ago, pocket screens are the way to go. Basically, we make a metal frame and add the screen to it, which makes it a really big window screen. This is the best way to screen a porch because if a screen is torn, you just replace the screen material for that one panel, easy peezy. (Is that how you even spell that?? Lol)
